Due to the Lockdown which is continuing in the UK and around the World, Keylight is doing its best to assist customers in negotiating new dates for your Wedding.
WEDDING DATE ALTERATIONS
If your Wedding Booking Date is affected by the UK Government Directive for Venue Closures (Lock Down period), we will happily move your booking free of charge to a new available date, but we request that any affected customer contacts us before agreeing a new date with the venue / church / Registrars, to ensure availability. Calendar screenprints can be provided upon request.
FUTURE BOOKINGS
Keylight is open for business and is taking bookings in the normal way. Please make your enquiries as normal, via any of the contact methods. It does not matter how far ahead your Wedding Date will be, give us a call or drop us an email. For CONSULTATIONS these can still be held, as Keylight offers Skype / Facetime / iPhone-to-iPhone Video Conference Calls.
STORYBOOKS & ALBUM ORDERS
We are now able to process Storybook designs and orders as normal. Please be aware that there are backlogs with the manufacturers which are around 6-8 weeks approximately.
OUTSTANDING PHOTO / VIDEO EDITING
We are working through this backlog and will have all outstanding Photo USB packs and Movie DVD packs out as soon as possible. The normal turnaround is 8-12 weeks for these and we are working to ensure that these targets are either hit, or not over run by more than a few weeks.
